We respect your busy schedule and will make every effort to ensure that your office visits cause minimal disruption to your day. Initial chiropractic visits are scheduled for one hour and regular adjustment visits are scheduled for 15 minutes. We strive to ensure that your visit begins on time or early to get you back to your day as soon as possible.

We are located at #3-338 Preston Street (just south of the Queensway), in the heart of Little Italy. Find us on the second floor, above DaSergio Restaurant. Our centre is easily accessed from downtown Ottawa, the Glebe, Westboro, Centretown, Hintonburg and many other parts of Ottawa.
Driving? Please use one of our designated parking spots located behind the building or the metered street parking. George Street (1/2 block south of us) has free parking spots for up to one hour.
